We would like to explain the situation regarding the Octaex withdrawals.
At the end of May, we started to receive complaints from some of our community members that BTC withdrawals were not being processed. At that time, ARO withdrawals were working just fine, being sent at least once per 24 hours.
We have tried to contact Octaex through all possible ways. In the end we managed to get in touch with them via Telegram.
Please find below the last discussion with them:
The last ARO withdrawal was processed on 2018-05-31 21:29:39, the last day we managed to contact their support.
Since May 31st, there was no move in their ARO wallet and this could be tracked here: ... BDaQC5eCBS
At this time, we have no idea why this has happened and what OctaEx plans to do about the current situation. We of course will endeavour to keep trying to find answers to the questions that some of you are asking, but at this time we have been unsuccessful in making any more progress.
We have received suggestions to burn the coins stuck in their wallet, however, this option will be considered only if it's proven that Octaex exit-scammed, at this time it's too early for such decisions. This would require the approval of all the community members as it requires a hard fork.
At this current time and due to the circumstances regarding the situation with OctaEx, we advise everyone to use Mercatox exclusively. We are however still in discussions for funding of other well known exchanges, and announcements will come as and when we are able to give them.
The development will continue in the same manner, we will continue to work hard and we have faith that Arionum will succeed in it's purpose.

We have taken a decision regarding the Octaex issue.
We will NOT burn the coins from their wallet.
It's in ARO's best interest to not do anything that affects the blockchain in such a way and we believe that this is the best decision in this situation.

what happened with us, I had 36K AROS in my account, and it was in the "processing" state. then we should lose this amount so that it does not affect blockchain

I think it is abusive and clearly constitutes a scam.
